REFUND POLICY — ABYSSORA

At Abyssora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. RETURN WINDOW

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused
  • in its original condition
  • in the original packaging
  • with proof of purchase

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • personalized or custom-made products
  • gift cards
  • final sale or clearance items
  • hygiene or personal care products
  • used or damaged items caused by misuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • a defective item
  • or the wrong product

contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.

4. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, contact:

support@abyssora.com

Returns must be approved before items are sent back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Do not send items back without prior authorization.

5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.

Please note:
your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. SHIPPING DELAYS

Because some products may be fulfilled through third-party suppliers or international fulfillment centers, shipping delays may occasionally occur.

Abyssora is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs
  • carriers
  • weather
  • supplier issues
  • high shipping volume
